It works as a hydraulic directional control valve seal ring, creating a tight, pressure-stable seal between the valve's spool and valve bore. This seal ensures the valve can accurately switch the direction of hydraulic fluid flow, controlling the activation and movement direction of connected hydraulic components such as flight control actuators or landing gear cylinders, avoiding fluid cross-leakage that would cause slow or uncoordinated movement of aircraft components, or affect the responsiveness of flight control systems during flight.

Made from oil-resistant, high-pressure and high-temperature resistant fluorosilicone rubber, it operates stably at -45°C to 250°C, and resists long-term aviation hydraulic fluid contact. Weighing 0.05kg, it allows fast MRO replacement, a key component for hydraulic system directional control reliability.
