856A3904G03 is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine low-pressure turbine (LPT) disk segment, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, optimized for CFM56 and IAE V2500 turbofan engines. It provides the mounting base for LPT blades, transferring the rotational mechanical energy generated by the blades to the engine shaft, which drives the low-pressure compressor and engine accessories, supporting the overall power output and operation of the engine across all flight phases.
Made from a high-strength, heat-resistant nickel-based superalloy, it withstands operating temperatures up to 920°C and extreme centrifugal forces during high-speed rotation. Weighing 2.1kg with precision-machined blade mounting slots, it enables accurate blade installation and replacement during turbine MRO overhauls. FAA Part 25 certified, it is a core structural component for LPT energy transfer and engine stability.
