856A4109G01 is a precision-engineered aerospace engine high-pressure turbine (HPT) disk radial seal, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for CFM56 series turbofan engines. It seals the radial gap between the HPT disk and the turbine inner casing, blocking high-temperature, high-pressure combustion gas from entering the disk's rear cavity, which is critical for preventing overheating and structural degradation of the HPT disk, maintaining the disk's operational integrity, and avoiding potential engine in-flight risks.
Made from a heat-resistant, oxidation-resistant nickel-based superalloy, it withstands operating temperatures up to 1480°C and continuous thermal stress.
