9C1230G07 is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine high-pressure compressor (HPC) rotor labyrinth seal segment, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for CFM56 series turbofan engines. It forms a non-contact seal between the HPC rotor and the stationary casing, reducing cross-stage compressed air leakage, which is critical for maintaining the pressure ratio of each HPC stage, optimizing the air compression efficiency, and ensuring the combustion chamber gets a stable, sufficient high-pressure air supply.
Made from heat-resistant, high-strength nickel-based superalloy, it withstands operating temperatures up to 820°C and continuous high-speed air scouring. Weighing 0.19kg with a precision-machined tooth structure, it allows for fast installation and gap measurement during HPC MRO overhauls. FAA Part 25 certified, it is a key component for HPT operational stability.
