AE95074N is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine high-pressure turbine (HPT) blade dovetail seal, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for CFM56 series turbofan engines. It seals the gap between the HPT blade dovetail and the turbine disk slot, preventing high-temperature, high-pressure combustion gas from entering the disk slot area, which is critical for avoiding overheating and corrosion of the disk slot, maintaining the structural integrity of the HPT disk, and preventing blade loosening caused by gas erosion.

Made from a heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant nickel-based superalloy, it withstands operating temperatures up to 1450°C and continuous thermal and mechanical stress. Weighing 0.08kg with a precision-machined mating surface, it enables fast installation and tightness verification during HPT MRO overhauls.
