C10011-41 is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine lubrication system oil return tube seal, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for large commercial turbofan engines. It seals the connection joints of the engine's lubrication oil return tubes, preventing the leakage of low-pressure, heated lubricating oil, which is critical for maintaining the closed-loop operation of the lubrication system, ensuring the recycling of lubricating oil, and avoiding oil loss that may cause insufficient lubrication for engine components.

Made from heat-resistant, oil-resistant fluorosilicone rubber with a reinforced polyester fabric insert, it withstands operating temperatures from -55°C to 230°C and oil system pressures up to 350 psi. Weighing 0.06kg with a precision-machined sealing surface, it allows for fast replacement and tightness verification during lubrication system MRO overhauls.
