LIFTING EQUIPMENT – UPPER VESTIBULE MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION 

K25003-1 is a precision-engineered aerospace engine low-pressure turbine (LPT) blade retainer pin, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, optimized for CFM56 and IAE V2500 turbofan engines. It secures LPT blades in the disk dovetail slots, preventing blade displacement or detachment during the turbine's high-speed rotation (up to 12,000 RPM) across all flight phases, which is essential to avoid turbine damage and maintain stable engine thrust output.

Made from a heat-resistant, high-strength nickel-chromium alloy, it withstands operating temperatures up to 880°C and extreme centrifugal forces. Weighing 0.03kg with a precision locking structure, it allows for quick installation and inspection during hot-section MRO overhauls. FAA Part 25 certified, it is a safety-critical small component for LPT structural integrity and engine operational safety.
