RRT110718 is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine low-pressure turbine (LPT) seal segment, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for large commercial turbofan engines. It is a core sealing component in the LPT, isolating the residual high-temperature exhaust gas in the LPT flow path from the engine's inner cavity, which is critical for maintaining the pressure balance of the turbine flow path, improving the LPT's energy conversion efficiency, and preventing the exhaust gas from corroding the internal non-working parts of the engine.

Made from high-temperature-resistant, wear-resistant nickel-based superalloy, it withstands operating temperatures up to 940°C and continuous scouring from high-speed exhaust gas. Weighing 0.37kg with a precision-machined sealing surface, it allows for fast replacement and tightness inspection during LPT MRO overhauls.
