G71046-76 is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine high-pressure turbine (HPT) vane platform seal, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for large commercial turbofan engines. It seals the gap between the platforms of adjacent HPT stator vanes, reducing the radial leakage of high-temperature, high-pressure exhaust gas, which is critical for maintaining the turbine's pressure ratio, improving the engine's thermal efficiency, and preventing overheating of the turbine casing and adjacent components.

Made from heat-resistant, oxidation-resistant nickel-based superalloy, it withstands operating temperatures up to 1460°C and continuous scouring from high-speed gas flow.
