JXHK-GB-1290 is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine thrust reverser hydraulic actuation system seal ring, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and aviation industry specifications, designed for large commercial aircraft engines. It seals the connection positions of hydraulic components in the thrust reverser system, preventing hydraulic fluid leakage, which is critical for maintaining stable hydraulic pressure, ensuring the accurate and reliable operation of the thrust reverser, and avoiding system failure that may affect aircraft landing safety.

Made from oil-resistant, pressure-resistant fluororubber with a reinforced aramid fiber insert, it withstands operating temperatures from -45°C to 190°C and hydraulic system pressures up to 4800 psi. Weighing 0.06kg with a precision-machined sealing surface, it allows for fast replacement and tightness verification during actuation system MRO overhauls. It is a key component for thrust reverser system stability.
